In the last short that he appeared in he fell down and got a boo-boo (or a "Winnie-the Pooh-boo as he phrased it). The last short that he appeared in was "Pooh Bear's Boo Boo".

Hi everyone! I'm making an animal crossing island inspired by Winnie The Pooh. On the fanmade map provided by the wiki there's this location and I for the life of me can't find any more details about it or where it's from! Does anyone know where this is from?
