Because it's Halloween is a Halloween special episode of Welcome to Pooh Corner.
Plot[]
Pooh, Rabbit, Tigger, Owl, Piglet, Kanga and Roo are planning the annual Halloween party at the scary place. Eeyore is having a hard time by trying to think of a good costume to wear for the Halloween party. He goes around the Hundred Acre Wood getting advice from his friends and trying on different outfits. Later at the party everyone is scared of each others costumes until Roo shows up and wins the costume contest.
