"Bee-Friended" is the first segment of the thirteenth episode of the first season of The Book of Pooh.
Synopsis[]
A bee gets lost, so Pooh and Piglet try to help it find its way back home.
Plot[]
On a windy day, Pooh was watching the clouds when he comes across a bee, who was lost due to the wind having blown him off course. Pooh decides to help the bee and brings him to Piglet's to figure out what to do. Piglet is initially scared of the bee until he learns he is a friend of Pooh's. Pooh explains their predicament, to which Piglet suggests they search for the bee's home. They visit Owl for help, who learns from a book that bees gather nectar from flowers. Piglet remembers Rabbit having flowers in his garden while Pooh recalls there being a beehive, so they go to Rabbit's garden. They find the beehive, but when the bee checks it, it turns out to not be his home. Pooh leads them all to another hive, but that is also not where the bee lives. They sit on a rock unsure what to do when Tigger shows up. They explain the situation and Tigger, getting mixed up with the letter B, suggests they search the alphabet. Pooh brings up that the bee's home might be somewhere far, after which a strong gust of wind blows them all out of the book and into the last page of the story where they find the bee's home. The bee thanks Pooh as he and the other bees reward Pooh with a honey jar.
