
Chris is a puppeteer, actor, builder, and entertainer who has been living and working in New York City for over a decade who played Tigger and understudied for Winnie The Pooh in the original run of the musical. he was suppose to join Jake Emmanuel and Sebastiano from the original cast to be part of the cast for the 4 month chicago run but after chicagos opening night he appered to have left with no explination making that his final performance as tigger.
Since his completion of the Studio conservatory program at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy he has been working in a variety of creative mediums. Chris has worked with networks such as Disney, NBC, Universal Kids, Warner Bros, Nickelodeon, MTV, PBS, and brands such as Crunch Fitness, Charmin, Emblem Health, Twitter, LinkedIn, New York Public Library, Macy's, Bank of America, Ghostery, and more!
His work in puppetry, acting, and event entertainment has allowed him to perform on national television, and on stage off-broadway and throughout the NYC area, as well as touring throughout North America. As a performer, director, and content creator Chris's work has been seen by millions online, and been put on stage at various venues throughout the city.
Highlights from Chris' puppetry work include starring as Tigger in the original off-broadway cast of Disney's Winnie the Pooh, as well as in the Emmy-nominated preschool series Snug's House as the puppeteer and voice of Snug the puppy on NBC's Universal Kids Network. Chris' puppetry and acting has been featured in commercials for Crunch Fitness, Birkenstoks, Emblem Health, and Circus Hill, on television shows: Pixar in Real Life, Today, Cake Boss, Moms with Attitude, Celebrity Wife Swap, & MTV's Story Pig, in short films: Midair, Tweetin' Donald, Dragons to Dinosaurs, First Prize (HBO) and in the feature films The Fracktoplots and Moon Quest.
Chris performs the Mighty T-Rex and has served as Lead Puppeteer at Field Station: Dinosaurs since 2012 where he brings the 15 ft long, 100 lb mechanical dinosaur puppet to life and has taught tens of thousands of kids about dinosaurs and science.
In addition to performing, Chris has served as a puppet designer, builder, and wrangler for many productions such as Disney's Winnie the Pooh, Mystery Science Theater 3000 Live, and The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Chris is currently serving as the Puppet Repair Fabricator on Little Shop of Horrors off-broadway (the Westside Theater), as well as the Puppet Wrangler on the national tour of Heather Henson’s Ajijaak on Turtle Island (Ibex Puppetry.)
