Frank Cesario is a self-taught, Chicagoan puppeteer and builder as of 8 years. Along with his puppetry talents, Frank can also provide voice acting, musical and theatrical skills. He played Eeyore Rabbit and Owl in the Chicago run of the musical. he also understudied Winnie The Pooh in the musical.
