Gobloon

The Gobloon is a ferious beast who appeared in Pooh's Heffalump Halloween Movie. Tigger said that every halloween he appears to look for residents to catch and will turn them into Jaggedy Lanterns if he catches them but if he's caught first it will grand it's captors a wish.
