"Paging Piglet" is the second segment of the fifty-first and final episode of The Book of Pooh.
Synopsis[]
Pooh and Piglet are flying a kite when the latter becomes attached to it and blows away. Pooh asks around for help but nobody seems to know where Piglet is, and it isn’t until Mr. Narrator suggests Piglet might be in an entirely different story that the search really picks up...
Plot[]
Pooh and Piglet are flying a kite one very windy day. Piglet worries the kite will blow away, so Pooh ties the kite to him to make it easier to hold onto. However, a leaf briefly lands in front of Pooh's eyes as the wind blows Piglet and the kite away. Pooh searches for Piglet, on the way asking Rabbit, Eeyore, and Kanga if they have seen him, all of whom have not. While Pooh is still at Kanga's house, Mr. Narrator point out the wind might be strong enough to have blown Piglet to a different part of the book. Pooh goes to search the other stories, but still does not find Piglet, so Mr. Narrator suggests Pooh checks parts of the book besides the stories. Using a set of balloons, Pooh flies out of the book while Mr. Narrator explains in song the physical, written and pictorial parts of a book. Pooh eventually lands on the table of contents and finds a chapters titled "In Which Pooh Finally Finds Piglet and the Kite". He turns to the page the chapter is listed under where Piglet and the kite are stuck up a tree and he helps him down.
