Rob Paulsen (born March 11, 1956) is an American actor, voice actor, comedian and singer who has done many voice roles in various films, television shows, and video games. He is best known for providing the voices of Raphael from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987), Donatello from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012), Yakko from Animaniacs, and Young Hathi in Jungle Cubs. In My Friends Tigger & Pooh he does the voice of Raccoon.
