Shigeru Yamamoto was born in 1942 and has worked for Tezuka Productions and Sanrio for most of his career before joining Disney in 1990. Most of his known works reflect that since most of them came from the 1960's to the 1980's. He started with Tales of the Street Corner in 1962 followed by Astro Boy in 1964 and two short films; Memory and Mermaid. Then he worked on Ringing Bell, Chilsana Jumbom Hakushon Daimao, Goku no Daiboken, Hoshi no Orpheus, Jack & The Beanstalk, Marvelous Melmo, Oshin movie, Sirius no Densetesu, Unico: Short Story, Yosei Florence, Dream Star Button Nose, Winds of Change and in 1991 Exper Zenon. He would be a Disney Animator until 2004 when he started working on Fafner and then work on the Grandia III video game. Finally; he worked on Pokemon: The Origin in 2013 on Sound Production Advancement.
He is Layout Director of Two Episodes Easy Come, Easy Milly and Invasion of the Izzy Snatcher and more on The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.
