"Tigger's Invitation Frustration" is the first segment of the sixth episode of the third season, and fifty-first episode overall, of My Friends Tigger & Pooh.
Synopsis[]
Lumpy is having a birthday party. All of his friends have received invitations except for Tigger. Tigger is worried that Lumpy decided not to invite him, but Darby and Pooh are certain that there's been some kind of mistake. They decide to call together the Super Sleuths to find out what's happening with Tigger's invitation.
Plot[]
Tigger leaves his house to go bouncing as Woodpecker shows up to deliver a letter. When Tigger does not answer the door, Woodpecker slides it under the door and flies away. Tigger meets up with Darby and Buster and learns they received invitations to Lumpy's birthday party. Pooh, Piglet, Rabbit and Roo show up with their invitations, though Tigger begins to wonder why he does not have one. Realizing they have a mystery on their hands, Pooh, Tigger, Darby and Buster go to change into the Super Sleuths. They theorize Tigger's invitation might have shown up while he was not home, so they go to Tigger's house and search for the invitation, but they do not find it. Darby thinks the wind might have blown it outside, so they visit Racoon to find out if he found it. He shows them his invitation, but says he did not find Tigger's. Tigger begins to wonder if he was not even invited, but Darby assures him there must be another explanation. The Sleuths all go to Lumpy's house, thinking Lumpy might know where Tigger's invitation is, but they find he is not home. However, they see the party set up with goody bags marked with everyone's faces, though none have Tigger's. Tigger starts feeling upset and goes to be alone. After which, Lumpy shows up with Tigger's bag and is surprised to see the Sleuths. They explain the situation and Lumpy tells them Tigger is invited and that he went to make his bag after forgetting to do so earlier. They all go to find Tigger, who was trying with no success to cheer himself up with his own party. Lumpy tells him he had Woodpecker deliver his invitation, which cheers up Tigger, though they still wonder what happened to it. They go ask Woodpecker, who leads them to Tigger's house and says he slid his invitation under his front door. However, all they see when they look inside is a mat. Tigger suspects it is the doing of woozles, but Darby thinks his invitation ended up under the mat. She slides her own under the door, then looks inside and lifts the mat, revealing both her and Tigger's invitations. With the mystery solved, everyone heads to Lumpy's party.
