Tress MacNeille
Tress MacNeille is an American voice actress known for providing many voice over roles in film and TV history. She was born in 1951 provided the voice of Kanga in Kingdom Hearts II and Winnie the Pooh: The Seasons of Giving.
Her other Disney roles include, Chip and Gadget Hackwrench in Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers.
