About The Show[]

Disney's most popular characters Winnie the Pooh, Christopher Robin and their friends (Piglet, Eeyore, Kanga, Roo, Rabbit, Owl, and of course Tigger!) are here for the Japanese family! It will come to Japan as a wonderful stage musical.

“Everything about Winnie the Pooh and the Hundred Acre Wood is symbolically, magically, and treasured. For generations, the story of Winnie the Pooh and his friends has been loved. We are honored to be able to introduce these characters, stories, and timeless music to Japan as a new musical,'' said creator Jonathan Rockefeller. "This will be a very rare opportunity to see lively characters brought to life through the extraordinary skill of the actors who control the elaborate life-size puppets. This is a must-see show for Pooh fans of all generations in Japan. .”

This show, performed entirely in Japanese by the original Japanese cast, includes many familiar songs from Disney's "Winnie the Pooh" Japanese animated series. We will take young children and families, as well as adults who love Winnie the Pooh, to the 100 Acre Wood. Please come to the theater to experience the fun performance of Winnie the Pooh and his friends!

The show premiered at the Nihonbashi Mitsui Hall (COREDO Muromachi 1) in Tokyo on April 27th 2024 and had its last performance at the Shizuoka Civic Cultural Center Middle Hall in Shizuoka on July 14th the same year.
